Far ahead of Cong Phuong, Tien Linh is the best domestic striker in V-League 2018
With a brace of goals scored against Cong Phuong's team, Nguyen Tien Linh became the best Vietnamese goalscorer of the 2018 season.
In the final match of the 2018 V-League season, Binh Duong had a resounding 4-1 victory over HAGL right at home to secure 7th place on the rankings. With 2 goals in this victory, Tien Linh raised his total number of goals this season to 15, 2 more than Nguyen Cong Phuong.
Despite being absent and missing part of the season due to injury, Tien Linh has made a spectacular step forward and become the best domestic striker (not counting naturalized players) in the 2018 season. Tien Linh's title of 'Domestic Top Scorer', although not an officially recognized title, this result certainly makes Coach Park satisfied with the talent of the player born in 1997.

As for the title of Top Scorer of this year's season, striker Oseni of Hanoi FC has officially and completely deservedly owned it. In the final match, although he could not score, Oseni did not have to worry because no player could surpass his 17 goals, even the best scorer of all time in the Vietnam National Championship, Hoang Vu Samson.
