Ministry of Health proposes that F0 and F1 can go to work during quarantine period
The Ministry of Health has just proposed that the Prime Minister consider allowing people infected with SARS-CoV-2 (F0) and close contacts (F1) to go to work during the quarantine period.
This proposal applies to the asymptomatic F0 group who are in quarantine (7 days from the date of testing positive for SARS-CoV-2 and have not yet had a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result), and voluntarily participate in work.
Accordingly, units and localities can consider arranging for F0s in the above group to perform online work, without direct contact with people around them; or allow them to participate in supporting the care, monitoring, and treatment of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 in their families, accommodation facilities, or at Covid-19 treatment facilities in accordance with their assigned tasks and professional qualifications.
Particularly those who are assigned to work at the facilityCovid-19 treatmentmust strictly implement protective measures according to regulations, regularly monitor health, and test for SARS-CoV-2. Do not care for or come into contact with immunocompromised or high-risk patients (people with underlying diseases, pregnant women, people over 50 years old).

F0 is allowed to travel by personal vehicle, however, it is important to go straight from the quarantine area to the pre-arranged work area and vice versa. During travel and work, do not come into contact with people around you; strictly follow the 5K Message, especially wearing a mask and keeping distance.
For F1 subjects, F1s who have received at least 2 doses of vaccine as prescribed, the last dose was given at least 14 days ago, can self-monitor their health for 10 days from the last day of exposure. Perform SARS-CoV-2 testing using RT-PCR or antigen (rapid antigen test or immunoassay) on the 5th day.
Strictly follow the 5K Message and avoid close contact with people in high-risk groups (people with underlying diseases, people over 50 years old, pregnant women).
For F1 cases who have not been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or have not been vaccinated, when participating in work, they must ensure certain requirements.
Specifically, this group is allowed to participate in urgent work of their unit or locality through online or direct work. In case of direct work, it is necessary to arrange and set up a separate working area for F1 cases, with good ventilation to reduce the risk of infection; ensure distance, and avoid large gatherings.
F1 who have not been vaccinated/have not received enough doses of vaccine can travel by personal vehicle, but must go directly from the quarantine area to the pre-arranged work area and vice versa. During the travel and work process, do not come into contact with people around you; strictly follow the 5K Message.
Perform SARS-CoV-2 testing by PCR or antigen detection (rapid antigen test or immunoassay) on the 5th day from the last day of exposure or as soon as there are signs of abnormal health. This is to detect early and implement medical treatment measures for Covid-19 cases according to regulations.
