Ministry of Health requests nationwide recall of 12 cosmetic products
The Drug Administration of Vietnam, Ministry of Health has just sent a document to the Department of Health of provinces and cities nationwide announcing the suspension of circulation and nationwide recall of 12 cosmetic products of Thien Thuy Moc Trading Limited Liability Company.
12 products were recalled because the product formula ingredients on the label were not consistent with the published records.
Thien Thuy Moc Trading Company Limited is located at 34 Tue Tinh Street, Bui Thi Xuan Ward, Hanoi.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requires Thien Thuy Moc Company to send a recall notice, recall these cosmetic products and report to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before January 15, 2017. At the same time, the company must review the cosmetic products that the company has imported and traded, and only put into circulation on the market cosmetic products that meet the regulations.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and cities to notify businesses and cosmetic users in the area to recall this batch of cosmetics, and to inspect and supervise units implementing the suspension and recall notices.
Previously, the Drug Administration of Vietnam, Ministry of Health also sent a document to the Department of Health of provinces and cities nationwide announcing the suspension of circulation and nationwide recall of the cosmetic product Folia Body Soap (Sea Blue).
Folia Body Soap cosmetic product is manufactured under the Registration Number 002536/13/CBMP-HCM issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health on October 21, 2010. Tan Dinh Cosmetics and Chemicals Company Limited (No. 137/92 Au Duong Lan, Ward 2, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City) manufactures and is responsible for bringing the product to market.
Folia Body Soap (Sea Blue) cosmetic product is suspended from circulation and recalled because this product is circulated without being granted a Declaration Receipt Number by the management agency.
The Drug Administration requested Tan Dinh Cosmetics and Chemicals Company to send a recall notice and recall the above cosmetic products in accordance with regulations./.
