Training on Party building knowledge for reporters and editors
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 2, more than 1,860 delegates, including leaders, reporters, and editors from press agencies across the country, participated in an online conference to foster knowledge about Party building work. 63 Provincial and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Government organized online connections.
Attending the conference at the Central Organizing Committee bridge were comrades: Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Tran Thanh Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Nguyen Thanh Lam - Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.
Chairing the Nghe An bridge point were comrade Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, along with representatives of leaders, reporters, and editors of news agencies and newspapers in the area.
This is the third year that the Ministry of Information and Communications has coordinated with the Central Organizing Committee and the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Government to organize an online conference to foster knowledge on Party building for leaders, reporters and editors of news agencies and newspapers.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Nguyen Thanh Lam - Deputy Minister of Information and Communications said that 2023 is the third year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, a pivotal year to accelerate the implementation results, creating momentum to successfully complete the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term.
In that context, improving the quality of information and propaganda work on Party building in the mass media and expanding the scope and far-reaching influence of the "Golden Hammer and Sickle" National Press Award on Party building plays an extremely important role.
After the training conference, the leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications expected press agencies to be more proactive and innovative in information and propaganda work on Party building in accordance with the characteristics of each locality, and actively respond to the 8th "Golden Hammer and Sickle" National Press Award on Party building in 2023.

During the 1-day event, reporters and editors will be discussed and shared by reporters with many years of experience in Party building work on the following main contents: Experience in creating journalistic works in the political genre; new contents on Party building and the political system in the Resolutions of the 4th, 5th, 6th Central Conferences (term XIII); introduction of topics, themes, ways of processing information in creating works on Party building and the political system and introduction of new models, creative and effective ways in Party building work; sharing experiences in creating journalistic works on Party building by authors who won high prizes in the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award.
