Training on knowledge of Judicial Expertise, Administrators and Bailiffs

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 23, Nghe An Department of Justice organized a training course to improve legal knowledge in the field of Judicial Expertise and guiding documents for implementation.

Attending the training course were officials and civil servants of departments and branches in the province, investigators and prosecutors, forensic experts and forensic organizations.

Overview of the training class.

At the training session, delegates heard the basic contents of the Law on Judicial Expertise such as general provisions, judicial experts, judicial expertise organizations, judicial expertise activities, and responsibilities of state agencies for the organization and activities of judicial expertise.

The training course aims to raise awareness and enhance responsibility for the team of judicial appraisers, thereby meeting the needs and tasks of appraisal work serving the investigation, prosecution, and trial, contributing to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and organizations; at the same time, promoting the role of appraisers, ensuring appraisal activities are carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.

This afternoon (September 23), the training class will thoroughly grasp Resolution No. 107/2015/QH13 dated November 26, 2015 of the National Assembly on the implementation of the Bailiff regime and Decree No. 22/ND-CP dated February 16, 2015 of the Government on detailed regulations for the implementation of a number of articles of the Bankruptcy Law on Trustees and the practice of asset management and liquidation.
