Training on mass mobilization work for grassroots cadres

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 14, the Provincial Political School coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to organize the opening ceremony of the 2017 training course for grassroots mass mobilization cadres.

In his opening speech, comrade Nguyen Manh Khoi - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission emphasized the role of mass mobilization work at the grassroots level in contributing to creating consensus in society, promoting the strength of national solidarity, and successfully implementing the province's socio-economic goals.

In order to continuously improve qualifications, skills and expertise to meet the requirements and tasks of mass mobilization work in the current situation, the Provincial Party Committee pays special attention to training and fostering professional skills for mass mobilization cadres at all levels in the province, considering this one of the key contents and an important task in the annual work program.

In particular, organizing training courses on skills and expertise in mass mobilization work aims to equip the team of cadres doing mass mobilization work with timely knowledge and information, experience, leadership and direction methods, and skills in propaganda and mass mobilization.

Participating in the training course, 131 trainees who are Heads of Mass Mobilization Blocks at the commune level in the province received specialized topics and were equipped with knowledge about Uncle Ho's mass mobilization ideology; Ho Chi Minh's ideology and the Party's viewpoints on mass mobilization work and government mass mobilization work.

In addition, students also study the following topics: Innovation in the operation methods of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations; Mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas; Mass mobilization work among religious dignitaries and the topic of mass mobilization results in Nghe An province and some professional activities on mass mobilization work in the new situation.
