Training in staff skills for grassroots military officers

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Military Command opened a training course on Military, National Defense and Security knowledge and Militia and Self-Defense work for commune military officers.

On the morning of November 6, more than 80 students who are deputy political commissars at the commune level in the province attended the opening ceremony of the first class on military knowledge, national defense and security, and militia and self-defense work (QSQP & AN, DQTV) at the provincial military school.

In this training course on military and national defense knowledge, trainees are equipped with basic contents on people's war, protecting socialism in Vietnam in the new situation; building militia and self-defense forces; contents on conducting Party work, political work, preventing the "peaceful evolution" strategy of hostile forces. Especially decrees, directives, resolutions, viewpoints, and leadership principles of the Party with the tasks of military and national defense, national defense.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: The position and role of the Deputy Political Commissars at the commune level is especially important in all activities, in which the main task is to advise the Party Committee and the People's Committee at the commune level to lead, direct and implement local military and defense tasks at the grassroots level.

Comrades, students need to promote tradition, grasp the purpose and requirements of the course, and at the same time have appropriate learning and research methods, closely combining theory and practice, mastering the learned content to apply well to the practice of each locality.
