Intensive corporate governance training for financial directors

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 9, the Department of Planning and Investment organized the opening ceremony of an intensive corporate governance training course for chief financial officers (CFOs).

The course is part of the Business Training Plan associated with enhancing the competitiveness and integration capacity of enterprises in Nghe An province in 2017, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2002/QD - UBND dated May 16, 2017.

The training course took place from September 9 to October 22 for business leaders in Nghe An province.

Participating in the training course, 70 students were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills of a chief financial officer (CFO), from long-term financial strategy planning to immediate decisions to seize financial investment opportunities in the fastest and most effective way for businesses.

In this course, students are guided by lecturers on the following topics: Overview of corporate financial system; financial analysis and cash flow management; planning for leaders; establishing internal control system; investment project finance; corporate tax system; financial planning and strategy planning; securities - investment capital mobilization channel.

In 2017, the project will organize 16 training classes with at least 800 students, including: 4 business start-up classes, 09 business administration classes and 03 specialized business administration classes.

The classes received positive responses from the business community and entrepreneurs; contributing to building an increasingly strong team of entrepreneurs, contributing more to the socio-economic development of the province./.
