After many negotiations, Ha agreed to accept 2 billion VND to sever ties with Mr. Nam. Meeting at a coffee shop, Mr. Nam said he would only agree to give Ha 1.5 billion VND because of the pandemic and the business was not working. However, Ha asked Mr. Nam to give her the full 2 billion VND or he would not stop what he was doing.
Mr. Nam was forced to agree to pay the money but only gave 485 million VND in advance, the remaining amount would be paid after 20 days and required Ha to write a commitment that after receiving the full amount of 2 billion VND, she would not post on social networks, not collect debts, not threaten, and not bother him anymore.
After writing a guarantee, the two went to the bank so that Nam could withdraw money and give it to Ha. While Ha was transferring money into her account, the Hoan Kiem District Police caught her red-handed and took her to the police station.
