Car fuel pumps often have these errors that drivers need to know
If your car has some errors such as difficulty starting, stalling... you should check the fuel pump.
The fuel pump is an indispensable part of the mechanical system of cars. The fuel pump is directly connected to the tank, its task is to suck fuel from the tank and then push it to the injector.
Depending on the system, fuel pressure will be maintained at 2.0 - 5.8 atmospheres. If this pressure is too low, common errors are ignition errors, irregular engine operation, or even engine failure; if the pressure is high, the engine will run rough due to excess fuel.
The fuel pump is usually located inside the fuel tank. Some vehicles use two fuel pumps, one inside and one outside the tank.
After a long period of use, the fuel pump is often contaminated with dirt and debris. Therefore, the vehicle will stall or be difficult to start, especially early in the morning.

Common errors in fuel pumps
When the fuel in the tank is low, it is not enough to cool and lubricate the fuel pump, causing the pump to heat up when operating and the pump will no longer operate normally.
If your car suddenly stalls while you are driving, it could be a problem with your fuel pump. Check this part.
Another sign to recognize that the fuel pump is having problems is that every morning when you start the car, you will find it very difficult to start, the car suddenly dies even though you continuously turn the ignition key.
If possible check the engine compartment and find low fuel pressure or clogged pipes, it must be treated immediately.

If you take your car in for service, experienced technicians will know if your fuel pump has a problem by turning off the ignition, then removing the fuel line connected to the injector and turning the key back on. If fuel flows out, it means the fuel pump is still working. If you use a device to spray fuel directly into the front intake of the throttle pump and turn the ignition key to Start and the engine starts, it means the fuel pump is not pumping fuel to the engine.
