Slice Chinese sausages and chili; wash and chop onions; clean and chop fish maw, fry until golden brown, remove and drain. Crush garlic, mince, fry in oil until fragrant, add Chinese sausage and fry until cooked, then add cashews, chili, mai que lo wine, seasoning to taste. Add fried fish maw and onion, stir quickly and turn off the stove. Appetizer, has the effect of strengthening the spleen and kidneys. Steamed fish maw with sugar: 30g fish maw, 60g white sugar. Clean the fish maw, slice it, put it in a pot, add sugar dissolved in water, boil until soft. Eat once a day, continuously for 7-10 days. Used for people with hemorrhoids and bloody stools.
Taboos:People with digestive disorders, diarrhea, and phlegm should not use.
Note:Choose fish maw that is opaque white or light yellow, dry, and has a characteristic crunchy texture. Avoid buying dark yellow, damp, moldy, or fishy smelling fish maw. Do not buy in large quantities for storage because fish maw easily changes color and becomes moldy. When processing, wash and soak the fish maw in ginger water mixed with a little white wine to remove the fishy smell.
