Men's football scores, Nghe An has a smooth start at the National Sports Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - Participating in this Congress, Nghe An team are athletes of Song Lam Nghe An U21 team under the leadership of head coach Dinh Van Dung. This afternoon, Nghe An team played their opening match against Dong Thap.
The Men's Football event of the National Sports Festival has the participation of 8 teams: Nghe An, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nam Dinh, Dong Thap, An Giang, Thua Thien Hue and host Hanoi.

Accordingly, the 8 men's football teams are divided into 2 groups. Group A includes: Hanoi (seeded team), Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Nam Dinh. Meanwhile, Group B will have the participation of Nghe An (seeded team), Dong Thap, An Giang and Thua Thien Hue. The first team of Group A will meet the second team of Group B and the first team of Group B will meet the second team of Group A.
The opening match took place this afternoon (November 27) at Hang Day Stadium, coach Dinh Van Dung and his team won with a score of 3-1. Nghe An's goals were scored by number 9 Tran Dinh Tien, number 10 Pham Duc Thong and number 4 central defender Thai Ba Sang.

In the next match, Nghe An will meet Thua Thien - Hue at 5:30 p.m. on November 30 at Hang Day Stadium, then meet An Giang at 5:30 p.m. on December 3. The semi-finals will take place on December 6 and the final and third-place match will take place on December 9.
