Boston Globe: Police have arrested a suspect.
The Boston Globe, citing an official familiar with the investigation, reported that one suspect in the April 15 marathon bombing has been arrested, while another remains in Watertown after a shootout with police.
Authorities have cordoned off a large area to search for this person.
Scenes of chaos unfolded in Cambridge and Watertown on the evening of April 18th and the early morning of April 19th, as police confirmed a colleague at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) had been shot and killed, and another car theft led to a police chase to Watertown.

Witnesses in Watertown reported hearing explosions. Police were shouting warnings about explosive devices.
Authorities have not yet indicated whether these incidents are related to the Boston Marathon bombings. However, at least one suspect is believed to be in the Watertown area, possibly a man in his 20s.
Earlier, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released images and videos of two suspects in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing and asked the public for help in finding the perpetrators.
“There are a number of people who know these individuals,” said Richard DesLauriers, the FBI agent in charge of the Boston office. He said the two men are believed to be “armed and very dangerous.”
DesLauriers referred to the two men as Suspect 1 and Suspect 2. Suspect 1 was wearing a dark hat, while Suspect 2 was wearing a white hat.
The FBI says suspect number 2 is believed to have planted the bomb and left just before it exploded.
