The actor did not agree with his wife's request for full custody of the child.

Late Friday afternoon (November 4), Brad Pitt went to court to file a response to Angelina Jolie's divorce petition from September 19. In the petition, the 52-year-old actor wrote that the reason for the separation was "irreconcilable differences". He also revealed that the date of their separation was September 15 - the same day the couple's families had a fight on a private flight from France to the US.

Brad Pitt cannot help but fight Angelina over child custody.

Brad has requested custody of Angelina's six children. This conflicts with Angelina's request because "Mrs. Smith" requested full custody of the children, Brad only had the right to visit. Currently, while the court has not yet decided and Brad is still being investigated by the authorities for child abuse, Angelina has temporary custody of all six children.

According to sources, except for the eldest son Maddox who does not want to see his father, the other 5 children all want to go home like before.

In addition, in the filing, Brad wants to be paid their divorce fees. However, unlike Angelina who listed specific assets belonging to her, Brad has not mentioned this. The couple currently has a combined fortune of $400 million including many valuable real estates.

According to ET, Brad Pitt signed the papers on October 31 but only submitted them over the weekend. It seems that the actor had to think and consider a lot before deciding to file the papers. Sources said that Brad was very upset because of Angelina's divorce and he really wanted to reconcile. However, it seems that Angelina was determined to break up and did not change her mind.
