Provincial Party Committee approved the Provincial Military Party Congress Plan

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 14, in Vinh City, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a Conference to approve the Plan for the 12th Provincial Military Party Congress (Term 2015-2020).

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Committees of Party Committees, Directors of relevant departments, branches and sectors, comrades in the Provincial Military Party Committee.

The Provincial Military Party Committee is a grassroots Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee, under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of Military Region 4. The 12th Provincial Military Party Congress (term 2015-2020) was selected by the Provincial Party Committee as a model congress in the provincial agencies, and the Party Committee of Military Region 4 selected it as a model in the block of 6 provinces in the military region.

Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, reported on the direction of the lower-level congresses and the preparation work for the Provincial Military Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term; presented a summary report on the draft Political Report of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, term XI, to be submitted to the 12th Party Congress; a review report of the Provincial Military Party Committee, term XI; and personnel preparation work for the Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2015-2020.

Colonel Luong Hong Phong reported on the Plan to organize the Provincial Military Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

The Provincial Military Party Committee has well implemented Directive 36-CT/TW dated May 30, 2014 of the Politburo; the guidance directive of the Military Region; Notice No. 11 of the Provincial Party Committee and Plan No. 895 of the Provincial Military Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party. The Provincial Military Party Committee currently has 30 grassroots Party organizations; 124 Party cells. Up to now, 124/124 Party cells have completed their congresses; 10/30 grassroots Party Committees have completed their congresses (Party Committees of the General Staff Department, Military School, Military Party Committees of Vinh City, Thanh Chuong, Que Phong, Anh Son, Tuong Duong, Cua Lo, Hung Nguyen, Hoang Mai). The congresses have taken place seriously, in accordance with principles, creating unity in implementing the instructions of the Central Military Commission and local Party Committees.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and delegates contributed to the Provincial Military Party Committee on the plan to organize the congress (time, location, documents, personnel, etc.). Comrade Ho Duc Phoc, on behalf of the Provincial Military Party Committee, received the opinions, on that basis continued to supplement and complete the preparation work, focusing on the content of documents and regulations, the program of organizing the congress; especially determining the sense of responsibility to strive to successfully organize the model congress of the 12th Provincial Military Party Congress (term 2015-2020).
