'Meal of love' at Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center
(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), on the morning of July 20, Military Hospital 4 and the Provincial Police Mobile Police Department coordinated with agencies and units under the Logistics Department of Military Region 4 to organize a "Meal of Love" at the War Invalids Nursing Center of Nghe An province.
The above activity is part of the program "Accompanying War Invalids, Love, Responsibility" of the Logistics Department of Military Region 4 to show gratitude to war invalids, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious services to the Revolution on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

Accordingly, 40 officers, employees, and soldiers of Military Hospital 4, the Mobile Police Department of the Provincial Police, and agencies and units under the Logistics Department of Military Region 4 carried out activities such as: haircuts, shampooing, care, and repair of wheelchairs for wounded soldiers; mowing grass, cleaning, and spraying disinfectants to prevent and control epidemics in the Center's campus... They personally cooked more than 100 meals to serve a meaningful meal, and listened to heroic historical stories in the fight against foreign invaders of the uncles and aunts at the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center.

On behalf of the leadership and command of the Logistics Department, Colonel Vuong Kim Hai - Political Commissar of the Logistics Department encouraged and wished that the wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions would always be healthy, overcome the pain of injuries, rest assured in their care, and uphold the example of courage, will and mettle of "Uncle Ho's soldiers".
