It has become a tradition that every year around December 24, Nghe An Provincial Police Detention Center organizes a New Year's Eve dinner for prisoners serving their sentences there. Although they are in prison, the image of their family is always present, motivating them to try to reform well, return soon, and rebuild their lives after past mistakes. Pham Bang |
