Banana bunch of hundreds of bunches causes a stir in a highland village

The banana bunch belongs to the family of Mr. Vi Van Suu, a farmer living next to the famous casuarina forest in the mountainous region of Nghe An (Quang Thinh village, Tam Dinh commune, Tuong Duong district).

The family said this is a local banana variety. For the past 2 years, the banana bunches in this banana grove have shown no signs of anything unusual.

Since April this year, the banana tree has been blooming and bearing fruit. The banana bunches just keep growing. The family has counted over 100 bunches but the banana bunches still show no signs of stopping growing.

Since having the strange banana bunch, Mr. Suu's family often has visitors who show interest in this banana bunch.
