Currently, the province has nearly 23,700 martyrs' remains collected and buried in over 100 cemeteries, but there is still a lack of information. The construction of an electronic information portal on martyrs, martyrs' graves and martyrs' cemeteries is not only a gesture of gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the Fatherland, promoting the tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember the source" of the nation, but also creating conditions for people and relatives of martyrs to access information more easily and accurately, reducing difficulties in the journey to find the graves of their loved ones.

Accordingly, with a network of more than 12,000 service points and nearly 43,000 employees spread to the commune and village levels, Vietnam Post Corporation was assigned to coordinate the implementation of the Project on Electronic Information Portal on martyrs, martyrs' graves and martyrs' cemeteries.

Each individual participating in data collection will be given an account and directly collect data information on their Smartphone through a software for collecting information on martyrs, martyrs' graves and martyrs' cemeteries built by Vietnam Post.

To complete the goal of launching the Electronic Information Portal on martyrs, martyrs' graves and martyrs' cemeteries on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 2018), Nghe An Provincial Post Office will strive to concentrate its forces to complete the collection of actual data in May 2018./.
