Vu admitted that he was "wrong" for not cooperating and obstructing the working group's handling of the case. He expressed regret, saying that his family was in financial difficulty, had to rent a room and make a living by selling vegetables on the street for the past few months.
The man also admitted that he knew the city's ban, so selling on the street was a violation, but because there was still a lot of stock left the day before, and it would be a pity to throw it away, the father and son secretly went to sell. "I asked them to forgive me, and promised not to sell anymore. I asked to take the car home but they didn't let me, so that's why," Vu explained.
