Singer Y Jang Tuyn passed away at the age of 42 due to Covid-19

The Ba Na ethnic singer was transferred to Cho Ray Hospital on September 6 and passed away on the morning of September 20 after 2 weeks of treatment.

Singer Ha Quy - close friend of Y Jang Tuynconfirmed that the male singer passed away at 8:17 a.m. on September 20. He was informed by Ms. Ta Thi Hang - Y Jang Tuyn's wife. Currently, the family has contacted the service unit to complete the funeral procedures.

Y Jang Tuyn was transferred to Cho Ray Hospital on September 6 in a very serious condition and placed on ECMO (artificial heart-lung machine). The male singer had to use a ventilator to the maximum and had a blood clotting disorder.

When he first got sick, he was quarantined at a primary school near his home. For the first two weeks, the male singer's health was stable, although he had some difficulty breathing. Y Jang Tuyn was still able to text and chat with people. After that, Y Jang Tuyn was treated at Field Hospital No. 13 and was put on ECMO (artificial heart-lung machine) by doctors when his health worsened. He had high blood pressure as an underlying condition.

When he first got sick, the male singer considered being hospitalized as a "special business trip", reassuring his parents that he would return soon, and his friends who knew he was sick all commented encouragingly that he would receive good treatment and soon recover.
