Singer Vy Oanh filed a complaint against Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang
The female singer filed a complaint against businesswoman Phuong Hang for posting defamatory information about her on social media. She also filed a lawsuit against the businesswoman through her lawyer.
Singer Vy Oanhsaid that she had officially sent a complaint against Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang to the Ho Chi Minh City Police. The authorities have now received and forwarded the complaint to the office of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency for consideration and settlement in accordance with regulations.

"Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang used offensive language to insult Ms. My Oanh (real name of singer Vy Oanh - PV) as a prostitute, a husband snatcher, a concubine, a surrogate mother for a rich man... On May 25, Ms. Phuong Hang continued to livestream statements that were more offensive to Ms. My Oanh. Since then, many people have created groups on Facebook and YouTube to repost Ms. Hang's livestream videos slandering Ms. My Oanh and make videos with titles to defame, slander, and insult Ms. My Oanh," the announcement of Ho Chi Minh City Police stated the content of Vy Oanh's accusation.
In addition to the above complaint, Vy Oanh also sent a lawsuit through her lawyer to Ms. Phuong Hang for her livestreaming behavior of distorting, slandering, and insulting many individuals, including her. According to the female singer, the businesswoman misled public opinion according to her slander, causing direct effects on the individuals affected.

"I intended to ignore it like the previous two times when I was unjustly slandered, but this time Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang crossed the line. She continuously livestreamed insults and curses on my entire family.
With the responsibility of a mother and a public figure, I have to restore justice for my 6-year-old son and prevent the audience from being misled. My family is heartbroken when my son is paired with an unrelated person to defame and disparage him. Now I have reached my due date. I believe and rely on the wise laws of Vietnam to restore my innocence as I deserve," she shared.

The scandal between singer Vy Oanh and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang started at the end of May. The businesswoman organized a livestream "accusing" Vy Oanh of "swapping concepts" to hide the fact that she had dated a rich man and went to the US to be a surrogate mother.
According to Ms. Hang, Vy Oanh has a not-so-good past. The businesswoman confirmed that before marrying her current husband, she was a concubine for an older man, even giving birth to his child for 115 billion VND.
As for Vy Oanh, the female singer strongly denied and said she would rely on law enforcement agencies to demand justice. According to the female singer, she was slandered and severely insulted by a series of fabricated information aimed at damaging her honor.
