Measures to prevent acts of obstruction and resistance against law enforcement officers.

ButAccording to Article 73 of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety: When road users fail to comply with inspection and control requests, or obstruct or resist law enforcement officers, the law enforcement officers shall take the following measures:
a) Clearly explain to the offender the consequences of failing to comply with inspection and control requests, obstructing or resisting law enforcement officers; the rights and responsibilities of the offender; persuade and request them to immediately cease the violation and comply with inspection and control requests.

b) Apply preventive measures as prescribed by law in cases where the violator obstructs or refuses to comply with the inspection and control requests of law enforcement officers;
c) In cases where the offender resists law enforcement officers, depending on the circumstances, nature, and severity of the act, law enforcement officers may use force, support tools, or weapons as prescribed by law to prevent the violation and to act in legitimate self-defense.
- In cases where a driver fails to comply with a stop signal or order and flees, law enforcement officers have the right to pursue the vehicle to prevent and handle the violation.
