(Baonghean.vn) - In line with the exciting competitive spirit of the entire Party, people and army striving to achieve achievements to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, on August 4, the 215th Tank Brigade stationed in Quynh Chau commune, Quynh Luu district organized the 2017 Armored Vehicle Technical Competition with the determination to achieve high results.

Attending the contest were Colonel Nguyen Trung Hieu - Deputy Director of the Technical Department of the Military Service - General Department of Technology - Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.

This competition attracted 630 officers and soldiers of the 215th Tank Brigade to participate with hundreds of modern weapons and equipment such as tanks, infantry vehicles, etc.

The contest content is divided into 2 parts: Theory and practice, including 4 contents: General awareness; contest on weapons, good technical equipment, good exploitation of weapons, good technical equipment; contest on technical day and technical area activities; contest on topics, technical innovation initiatives.

This is the third time the Armored Vehicle Technical Competition (TTG) has been held for the entire army. The new point of this year's competition is that the Organizing Committee invites the heads of TTG technical agencies of military regions, army corps, Navy, and TTG Command to participate in the judging panel to ensure objectivity and democracy in scoring; at the same time, the judging panel will travel to the units to score the competition to create convenience and savings for the participating units.

With the attention and direction of the Political Commissar, the Brigade and the serious training spirit of the officers and soldiers, the competition took place at the 215th Tank Brigade successfully, receiving high praise from the Jury. The competition aims to inspect, preserve, maintain, repair, maintain the technical condition and synchronization of weapons and equipment to ensure timely readiness for regular or sudden combat missions. At the same time, it strengthens warehouses, weapon stations and works in military barracks.
