- Coach Hoang Anh Tuan:I would like to mention fitness expert Martin Forkel, he is a hard worker, even hard-working, diligent and very responsible in his work, even in the smallest details. On the other hand, I like his training methods, which are constantly changing and very modern.

- Can you talk specifically about the modernity in the exercises of fitness expert Martin Forkel?

- The same requirements are given but the method to achieve the results is very diverse, helping the players not get bored and remove their own prejudices about each exercise. For example, with the same endurance training, running 10km, instead of practicing on the field, he lets them practice with a ball or practice on the beach... The creativity lies in the fact that the exercises change frequently and the players show excitement.

- What about Technical Director Gede, sir?

- Before the training session, I always discuss with Technical Director Gede and fitness expert Martin Forkel. I state my requirements and goals, then we all discuss to come to a decision, the most effective exercise. As I said, Martin Forkel is very enthusiastic and creative, and Mr. Gede also frankly advises me that I should focus on this point, need to delve into that area... I find their contributions very valuable.

- Although it's only been 2 days, how do you evaluate the suitability of the 2 German experts for the Vietnamese national team?

- I have the advantage of having talked a lot with both German experts, especially Technical Director Gede. We go to watch football together, discuss matches and exchange information about the national championship, youth training, building national teams... Although the time is not long, I find them very suitable for Vietnamese football. To be honest, they are better than us, more modern than us.

- As someone who has had the opportunity to meet and work with two German experts, what advice do you have for the head coaches of the Vietnamese national teams, especially coach Huu Thang - who will soon collaborate with technical director Gede and fitness expert Martin Forkel for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016?

- I still tell my students that we need to observe and learn from each other, this is very important in football. Me too, I also learn the good things of my students, I also learn the good things of my assistants, I also learn the good things of my colleagues and I am cooperating well with Technical Director Gede, fitness expert Martin Forkel to make our work better.
