(Baonghean.vn) - On April 12, the Party Congresses and Party Cells for the 2015-2020 term continued to take place in various units and localities.

During the past term, under the leadership of the Standing Committee of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee, the superior organizations in the vertical system, the Party Committee of the district's population bloc, together with the team of party members, united, consensual, responsible, and dedicated to the work of well performing political tasks and professional work. At the same time, the organization achieved high results in emulation movements and campaigns; building strong party, government, and mass organizations. Party cells such as the Fatherland Front, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association, District Youth Union, and District Labor Federation all had specific and practical actions, creating great influence. Every year, the organizations in the Party Committee are evaluated by the superior vertical system as having excellently completed their tasks, and the Party Committee is exemplary in being clean and strong. The Women's Union and Farmers' Association are proposing the President to award the First and Second Class Labor Medals.

In the 2015-2020 term, the Party Committee of the district's population bloc continues to innovate working methods, improve the leadership capacity of cadres and party members, and unite internally to successfully and comprehensively carry out the task of socio-economic development of the district. The Party Committee strives for 100% of cadres and party members to be disseminated and studied the Party's resolutions; 100% of party members to complete their tasks well or better, of which over 40-50% complete their tasks excellently...

Attending and speaking at the congress, comrade Le Duc Cuong - Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary highly appreciated the achievements that the district's Party Committee has achieved in the past term. At the same time, he also directed a number of key tasks in the coming time that the Party Committee needs to continue to carry out, namely: promoting patriotic emulation movements; effectively implementing hunger eradication and poverty reduction; promoting the role of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in implementing the socio-economic development tasks of the district; improving the quality of activities of the Youth Union and Association; focusing on promptly resolving religious and ethnic issues; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example in conjunction with implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee; focusing on the development of Party members; implementing well the democratic centralism regulations; taking care of developing the political system in special areas.

The Congress elected 5 comrades with sufficient qualities and capacity to the second executive committee of the district's Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

The Party Cell of Pham Hong Thai High School currently has 44 party members. During the 2010 - 2015 term, the Party Cell focused on leading, directing and successfully implementing the targets set out in the Party Cell Resolution; performing professional tasks, the Party Cell paid special attention to the work of encouraging learning and promoting talents. By building a good movement of "Friendly school, active students" to improve the quality of comprehensive education, the school has created a driving force for the change in the students' academic achievements.

In the new term, the Party cell sets out specific goals such as: Successfully implementing Resolution 29 of the Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. Striving to admit 8-10 new Party members, including 6-7 students; maintaining the title of exemplary clean and strong Party cell, maintaining the title of excellent labor collective, striving to be awarded the 3rd class Labor Medal by the State.

The congress elected a new Party cell of 5 comrades and elected a delegation to attend the district Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.
