* The Party Committee of the People's Bloc, Quynh Luu District, held its second Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

During the past term, under the attentive leadership of the Standing Committee of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee, the superior organizations in the vertical system, the District Party Committee of the People's Bloc, along with a united, consensual, responsible, and dedicated team of Party members, successfully carried out political and professional tasks. Simultaneously, they achieved high results in emulation movements and campaigns; building strong Party, government, and mass organizations. Party branches such as the Fatherland Front, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association, District Youth Union, and District Labor Union all implemented concrete and practical actions, creating a significant ripple effect. Annually, all organizations within the Party Committee were evaluated and ranked as having excellently completed their tasks by the superior vertical system, and the Party Committee achieved the status of a clean, strong, and exemplary organization. The Women's Union and the Farmers' Association are currently being considered for the First and Second Class Labor Orders from the President of Vietnam.

During the 2015-2020 term, the Party Committee of the district's mass organizations continued to innovate its working methods, enhance the leadership capacity of its cadres and Party members, and foster internal unity to comprehensively achieve the district's socio-economic development goals. Attending and speaking at the congress, Comrade Le Duc Cuong - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the District Party Committee - highly appreciated the achievements of the district's Party Committee in the past term. At the same time, he also outlined several key tasks that the Party Committee needs to continue implementing in the coming period, including: promoting patriotic emulation movements; effectively implementing poverty reduction programs; promoting the supervisory and social critique role of the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations in the implementation of the district's socio-economic development tasks; improving the quality of activities of youth and women's organizations; focusing on promptly resolving religious and ethnic issues; promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee; paying attention to Party member development; effectively implementing the democratic centralism regulations; and caring for the development of the political system in special areas.

The congress elected five comrades with sufficient qualities and capabilities to the executive committee of the district's mass organization party committee for the second term, 2015-2020.

The Party cell of Pham Hong Thai High School currently has 44 members. During the 2010-2015 term, the Party cell focused on leading, directing, and successfully implementing the targets set forth in the Party cell's Resolution; it also paid special attention to professional tasks and the work of promoting learning and talent development. By successfully building the "Friendly School, Active Students" movement and improving the overall quality of education, the school created momentum for a significant improvement in students' academic achievements.

During the new term, the Party branch has set specific goals such as: Successfully implementing Resolution 29 of the Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training; striving to recruit 8-10 new Party members, including 6-7 students; maintaining the title of exemplary, clean, and strong Party branch; maintaining the title of outstanding labor collective; and striving to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the State.

The congress elected a new Party committee consisting of 5 members and elected a delegation to attend the district Party congress for the 2015-2020 term.
