Overview of the Congress

During the past term, with the attention, leadership, and guidance of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee, the Party Committee of Quynh Luu Forestry Company Limited successfully led its cadres and workers in implementing the resolutions of the 25th Party Congress.

Over the past five years, the company's resin extraction output has reached over 1,400 tons, a 4.9% increase compared to the previous term, with revenue exceeding 31 billion VND, surpassing the congress's target by more than 64%. The company consistently prioritizes the welfare of its employees; 100% of workers are covered by social insurance, and the average income of staff and workers reaches 2.7 million VND per person per month.

Alongside its business activities, Quynh Luu Forestry Company Limited also pays special attention to forest management and protection, including fire prevention and pest control. Monitoring and forecasting have resulted in no forest fires occurring during the past term. Pest and disease outbreaks have been controlled to prevent damage to pine forests. Security and defense, as well as maintaining social order and safety, are regularly implemented.

Over the past five years, the Company's Party Committee has also promptly and seriously implemented Directive 03-CT/TƯ of the Politburo, resulting in positive changes in the thinking of cadres and Party members, and a heightened sense of self-awareness and constructive spirit within the Party organization.

The Secretary of the Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee congratulated the Company's Party Committee Executive Board for the 2015-2020 term.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Le Duc Cuong - Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the District Party Committee - emphasized that in the coming period, the company needs to overcome difficulties and propose effective solutions to create breakthroughs in production, business, and forest protection. It is necessary to review and rationally allocate labor, pay more attention to the lives of workers, and improve income and benefits for cadres and workers. Furthermore, it is necessary to strengthen management and forecast pest and disease outbreaks on crops to avoid economic losses; continue to implement grassroots democracy regulations, maintain unity within the Party committee, and pay attention to implementing directives and resolutions from all levels.

The Congress voted to elect 7 comrades to the new Executive Committee and 3 comrades to the Standing Committee who possess the necessary qualifications, capabilities, and qualities to lead the implementation of the resolutions set forth by the 26th Congress.

During the 2010-2015 term, Party members and teachers of Thai Hoa High School continuously strived, capitalized on advantages, overcame difficulties, and excellently fulfilled their political and professional duties.

To date, the school has 13 teachers who are excellent teachers at the provincial level and 30 teachers who are excellent teachers at the school level; the annual graduation rate for grade 12 is over 99%, and the rate of students admitted to universities and colleges is over 55%, with many students achieving high scores and receiving commendations from the Provincial People's Committee.

The Party branch has done a good job of disseminating and publicizing the Party and State's policies and guidelines fully and promptly, organizing activities for mass organizations, and paying attention to the training and development of Party members.

During the term, 21 comrades attended the Party membership training course and 18 new Party members were admitted. Every year, the Party branch achieved the titles of "Clean and Strong" and "Outstanding Clean and Strong". For five consecutive years, the school was recognized as an advanced school by the Department of Education and Training. The Congress included many discussions to further clarify the direction, goals, and tasks for the 2015-2020 term.

In a spirit of solidarity, unity, and democracy, the congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 term and elected 2 delegates to attend the 2nd Congress of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, 2015-2020 term.
