Localities and units study and thoroughly grasp the Central Resolution 7 (term XII)

* The Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee organized a conference to study, disseminate and implement Resolution of the 7th Central Committee (12th term) for all key officials and party members of the District Party Committees, People's Blocs and District People's Committee.

At the conference, delegates listened to Dr. Nguyen Duc Ha - Senior Expert, Former Head of the Department of Organization and Regulations, Central Organizing Committee, thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, goals, new points, tasks, breakthrough solutions, and basic contents of the Resolutions of the 7th Central Conference, term XII.

The focus is on building a team of cadres, especially strategic-level cadres; reforming salary policies for civil servants, public employees, armed forces and workers in enterprises; and reforming the social insurance regime.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tan Ky District Party Committee Phan Van Giap asked delegates to promote their sense of responsibility, focus on listening and grasping the contents and guiding ideas of the Central Committee, to quickly develop plans, organize the study, dissemination and propaganda of the 3 resolutions to all cadres, party members and people in their units and localities.

The process of organizing the study and dissemination of the Resolution must attach importance to practicality and effectiveness suitable to each subject; resolutely overcome laziness in studying the Resolution, formalistic learning, and coping.

At the same time, the action program to implement the Resolution needs to be built close to the reality in each sector, agency, and locality, creating high unity to soon put the 7th Central Resolution into life.

* The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Division 324 held a Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution of the 7th Central Committee (12th term) for more than 150 comrades who are Division Commanders, Heads of 4 departments, offices, branches, political commissars, battalion commanders of affiliated battalions, and 100% of officers and employees of the Division's agencies.

At the conference, delegates listened to and studied Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW on "Focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige equal to the tasks", Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW on "Resolution on reforming salary policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and employees in enterprises" and Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW on "Reforming social insurance policies", guiding the organization of learning, dissemination and implementation at all levels.

On that basis, the Standing Committee of the Division Party Committee requested Party committees to closely and seriously organize the study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of Resolution 7 of the Central Committee for the subjects in their units, ensuring the highest number and quality of troops.

Through the organization of study, dissemination and implementation, it is necessary to make all cadres, party members and the masses in the unit grasp the basic issues of Resolution 7 of the Central Committee (12th tenure), create high unity in perception and action, and contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress.

* The Party Committee of the Department of Culture and Sports organized a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolutions of the 7th Conference of the Central Executive Committee (12th term) for more than 250 party members.

Attending and reporting at the Conference was comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, informed cadres and party members, especially key cadres and party members of the Party cells and Party Committees of the affiliated units, through the contents learned at the conference, to continue to research and organize dissemination for all party members, cadres and civil servants of their units to study and implement the Resolution by establishing programs, plans and solutions suitable to the functions, tasks and practical conditions of the grassroots Party organizations and units they manage and are in charge of to effectively implement the Resolutions.

In the immediate future, focus on solutions to build the Project "reorganizing the apparatus, streamlining the payroll and restructuring the staff, civil servants and public employees to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department of Culture and Sports, period 2018-2021 and the following years", continue to pay attention to advising on timely implementation of regulations on regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees of the industry, especially policies for two specific groups of artists, actors and coaches and athletes.
