Localities and units give Tet gifts to the poor and policy families
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the Appeal Letter for Support for Tet for the Poor by the Provincial Party Secretary, on January 26, agencies and units in the province organized charity activities, giving Tet gifts to the poor and policy families.

These meaningful and practical gifts will be given to poor patients being treated at the Oncology Hospital, Provincial General Hospital, Tay Bac General Hospital, Anh Son Medical Center, Cua Lo... and the poor, policy families in the province.

The competition was attended by 14 teams from the local youth unions. At the end of the competition, the teams wrapped nearly 1,000 banh chung to give to poor households in the area.
At the program, Long Son Commune Youth Union called for support to donate 30 Tet gifts to poor households, policy families, and those in difficult circumstances; each gift is worth 500,000 VND.
This is a meaningful activity, aiming to preserve the customs and traditions of the nation; demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and sharing difficulties with poor families during the traditional Tet holiday.
