Localities simultaneously mobilize to ensure security and order before, during and after Lunar New Year
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 17, the police of Quynh Luu, Yen Thanh and Quy Hop districts held a launching ceremony to launch a peak campaign to attack and suppress crimes to ensure security and order before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2019 and to register and commit to performing administrative reform tasks in 2019.
Pursuant to Urgent Dispatch No. 212 dated December 13, 2018 of Nghe An Provincial Police, starting from 8:00 a.m. on December 16, 2018 to February 15, 2019, the Police of localities in the province simultaneously launched a peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, ensuring security and order before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2019.

Based on the actual situation of communes, towns, and specific areas, the Public Security Leadership has assigned and assigned forces to strictly implement the duty, combat duty, information regime, and sudden deployment to thoroughly handle all types of crimes. Especially illegal trading, storage, and use of firecrackers, drugs, encroachment on traffic safety corridors, serious crimes, theft, etc.
At the launching ceremony, 7 professional teams, Bai Ngang Police Station, Youth Union, Women's Union of the District Police signed a commitment to register to perform tasks during the peak period with the aim of ensuring traffic safety, fire safety, and safety of people's lives to enjoy a happy traditional New Year.
Immediately after the ceremony, more than 100 officers and soldiers of the District Police marched from the District Police headquarters to Quynh Van commune, down to Ngang beach area and back to the center of Cau Giat town.

The district police force proactively grasped the situation, ensured security and order, and absolutely protected the safety of important political and social events of the district, especially major holidays; serving the people to enjoy Spring and celebrate the Lunar New Year 2019 safely and healthily.
During this campaign, Yen Thanh Police will focus on cracking down on crimes and law violations related to “black credit,” smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods before, during, and after Tet.

* Quy Hop Police:
At the ceremony, the district police leaders also thoroughly grasped and directed the working teams and the Public Security Department of 21 communes and towns to focus on advising, directing, and mobilizing maximum forces and means, applying synchronously and drastically professional measures, fighting and suppressing all types of crimes, completing and exceeding the targets during the peak period, especially the targets on fireworks.
In addition, the military force needs to coordinate with the police force to continue to effectively implement Decree No. 77/2011/ND-CP of the Government, closely coordinate in information exchange, strengthen armed patrols, promptly detect and handle violations of the law and all types of crimes in the area...
The functional forces need to do a good job of grasping the situation, proactively advising the Party Committee and the government in directing departments, branches, unions, and the Fatherland Front from the district to the grassroots level to effectively implement the peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes; not allowing passive and unexpected situations to occur, absolutely protecting the safety of key targets, projects, political, cultural, and social events before, during, and after the Lunar New Year 2019...

Also at the ceremony, representatives of the working teams, representatives of the Youth Union, Women's Union, and Labor Union of Quy Hop District Police signed an Emulation Covenant to successfully implement the targets during the peak period of crime suppression in the presence of district leaders and related sectors.
