The conference aims to help party members grasp the contents of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, thereby promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; building the image of honest, upright and simple cadres and party members; at the same time preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality and lifestyle among cadres and party members.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Van Bo - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee requested that after the conference, grassroots party organizations must organize for cadres and party members to study Directive 05 and have a plan to register to follow Uncle Ho's example. At the same time, widely propagate the main contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle throughout the Party, the entire people and the entire army, making the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle a voluntary and regular task of each Party Committee, grassroots party organization, and government of each locality, agency and unit.
