Localities organize meetings to encourage young people to join the army
(Baonghean.vn) - Localities in Nghe An province are actively organizing visits and giving gifts to young men before they leave for military service.
On March 4, localities in the districtNghia Danorganized a meeting to exchange cultural and traditional talks with new recruits.

In 2018, Nghia Dan district was assigned a target of 138 young men to join the army, including 130 for military service and 8 for police service. To ensure the planned target, the district previously focused on leading, directing, and reviewing young men of the right age and strictly implementing the provisions of the Law on Military Service. Currently, the selected young men are ready to depart for their duties.
In 13 communes and towns in the districtCon Cuongalso organized a meeting and gave gifts to encourage 95 new recruits before their departure for military service.

At the meeting, the new recruits listened to representatives of the previous generation share their experiences in training, fighting, and the glorious and heroic traditions of our army and people. Thereby, equipping the new recruits with the spirit and determination of the younger generation, ready to join the army and successfully complete their assigned tasks.
