Six teams will compete in a round robin format in each group to determine the ranking points. The top two teams in each group will advance to the finals to compete for the championship, while the second-placed teams in each group will meet to compete for third place. The winner of the 2017 M150 Cup will receive the Cup and a prize money of up to 20,000 USD.

With a big prize and a great opportunity for the teams to prepare for the 2018 U23 Asian Cup finals, everyone is excited about the tournament.

To prepare for the M-150 Cup, the host team Thailand gathered quite early and had some “warm-up” matches and achieved quite impressive results. Yesterday afternoon, December 4, U23 Thailand won 3-0 against Kamphaengphet FC, who are competing in Thai League 3.

Myanmar U23 also had a friendly match with the Myanmar National League All Stars (MNL All Stars) yesterday. After 90 minutes of competition, Myanmar U23 was held to a 1-1 draw by MNL All Stars. The only goal scorer for Myanmar U23 was midfielder Maung Maung Lwin.

To prepare for this tournament, U23 Myanmar has called up a strong squad with stars such as Aung Thu, Than Paing, Sithu Aung and Maung Maung Lwin. According to the schedule, U23 Vietnam and U23 Myanmar will meet in the opening match at 4:00 p.m. on December 9.

Meanwhile, although the team gathered quite early, Park Hang Seo and his team have no plans to play friendly matches with any team in preparation for the upcoming tournament. U23 Vietnam will practice physical strength, technique and tactics until December 7 before leaving for Thailand.

According to the schedule, U23 Vietnam will have its first match against U23 Myanmar on December 9 before facing U23 Uzbekistan on December 13.
