(Baonghean.vn) - On April 7th, grassroots Party committees of units and localities in the province continued their congresses for the 2015-2020 term.

* On the morning of April 7th, the Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department held its Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term. Attending the Congress were representatives from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of State Agencies, representatives from the Party Committee's various departments, and all Party members within the entire Party organization.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department currently has 5 branches with 44 party members. During the past term, the Party Committee of the Civil Enforcement Department closely followed political tasks and assigned targets to lead cadres, party members, and employees to achieve many remarkable results. Highlights include: reorganizing and streamlining the organizational structure and personnel; achieving high results in judgment enforcement; and securing close attention and guidance from the General Department of Civil Enforcement, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee; and strengthening smooth coordination with relevant departments and agencies. Handling matters between state administrative agencies and citizens and businesses in a transparent and open manner, with some procedures shortened to facilitate convenience for citizens. Regular and attentive citizen reception is conducted on all working days. Timely payment of judgment enforcement funds, and the collection, payment, and fee exemption/reduction regulations for judgment enforcement are publicly displayed at the headquarters.

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying existing shortcomings and limitations, and proposed many solutions to effectively carry out tasks in the next term, including: focusing on leading the building of strong agencies and units, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management; effectively implementing the amended Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement and its guiding documents; consistently promoting civil judgment enforcement to achieve and exceed the targets assigned annually by the National Assembly and the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; and ensuring the strict enforcement of the law...

* On the morning of April 7th, the Party Committee of the Thanh Chuong District Government held its Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

During the past term, the Party Committee directed the construction of one commune meeting the standards of a new rural area, planned the Ro and Chua urban areas, expanded Thanh Chuong town; established plans for three more market towns, and built three craft villages, bringing the total number of craft villages to eight. Budget revenue reached 84.5 billion VND by 2014, with an average annual growth rate of over 15%. The poverty rate by 2014 was 12%.

During the term, 4 comrades were sent to study intermediate-level political theory, 8 comrades to study advanced-level political theory, 10 comrades to pursue master's degrees, and 26 new party members were admitted. The agency's facilities and working equipment were increasingly improved. The specialized departments successfully completed their assigned tasks; internal unity was maintained; and Party building and mass mobilization work were strengthened.

The Congress elected 11 comrades to the Executive Committee, elected 5 delegates to attend the 30th District Party Congress, and voted to approve the Congress Resolution for the 2015-2020 term.

* On the morning of April 7th, the Party Committee of Tien Phong commune (Que Phong district) solemnly held its 13th Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

Tien Phong is one of the Party committees with a large number of members. During the past term, the Tien Phong commune Party committee demonstrated unity and cohesion in leadership and guidance, working together with the people to overcome difficulties and achieve the goals set for the term. It has gradually brought about stable socio-economic development, shifting the economic structure in the right direction. The proportion of agriculture, small-scale industries, construction, trade, and services has increased. The material and spiritual lives of the people have improved. Political stability has been maintained, and social order and security have been ensured.

However, Tien Phong still faces many difficulties, including a high poverty rate, ongoing social vices, and the inadequate skills of some Party members and officials. Leadership and guidance in some villages and hamlets remain limited. The effectiveness of the work has not met the requirements of the new situation. This situation places a heavy responsibility on the Party committee and the people of the commune in the new term: to focus maximum resources on investing in services, trade, industry, small-scale handicrafts, traditional crafts, increasing rice productivity, developing large-scale livestock farming in conjunction with reforestation, and applying science and technology to production… striving to reduce the poverty rate by 3-4% annually. This will create a solid foundation and soon transform Tien Phong into a strong commune among the top in Que Phong district.
