Currently, the Political Department has 8 martyrs’ relatives and 9 wounded comrades working at the unit. With the spirit of overcoming all difficulties and hardships, the comrades always strive, maintain and promote the good nature of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers”, constantly study, practice, work actively, and complete all assigned tasks well.
Presenting gifts to the martyrs' relatives and wounded soldiers, Major General Tran Minh Thanh - Political Commissar of the Military Region welcomed the wounded soldiers and martyrs' relatives working at the Department for their efforts, overcoming difficulties to successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to the overall achievements of the unit.

The delegation visited and offered incense at the family of martyr Nguyen Canh Dan, presented gifts and 1 million VND in cash to Mrs. Tran Thi Hue, mother of martyr Nguyen Canh Dan.
On the same day, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to the family of Captain Nguyen Dinh Tai - a detective of the Drug and Crime Prevention Department, Nghe An Border Guard, who was injured while on duty and is currently being treated at the 108 Central Military Hospital. Here, the Provincial Border Guard Women's Union also presented a savings book worth 6 million VND to the family of Captain Nguyen Dinh Tai.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc visited and presented 7 gifts to the families of workers and employees who are beneficiaries of the Party's policies. CCB Nguyen Duc Huong, 78 years old, his wife died early, he had to live alone in a makeshift, dilapidated house. Sympathizing with that situation, the Nghe An CCB Association, Nghi Loc District CCB Association, in coordination with the Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup Corporation, supported 50 million VND for him to rebuild the house, cadres and members of the Nghi Thiet Commune CCB Association supported 15 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family and neighbors. The level 4 house, designed with 3 rooms, has a usable area of nearly 50 m2.2. Total estimated cost of the house is over 200 million VND.

* Road and Railway Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Police(PC67-CANA) visited and presented gifts to two martyrs' mothers: Nguyen Thi Nho, 104 years old, whose two sons died, currently living with her grandchildren in Dien Tho commune (Dien Chau) and Pham Thi Duoc, 96 years old, whose husband and one son died, currently living alone in Dien Xuan commune (Dien Chau). The delegation presented each mother with a gift worth 2.3 million VND. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to three relatives of People's Public Security martyrs in Vinh City.

On this occasion, authorized by the Provincial Party Committee - Provincial People's Committee, the delegation presented a gift worth 2 million VND in cash and in kind to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Lieu in Hamlet 10, Nghia Hanh Commune, the wife of martyr Ngo Viet Ky who died in 1988.

Mr. Tran Van Giap's family is one of the poor households in the commune, the family's circumstances are extremely difficult. The couple has been sick for many years and has to raise a small child of school age. For many years, the family has had to live temporarily in a cramped, seriously degraded house but cannot afford to repair it. The new level 4 house was built with an area of 75m2, with a budget of 100 million VND, of which the Fatherland Front Committee of the district and commune has given 20 million VND, the remaining amount was contributed by family and relatives, helping Mr. Giap's family have a stable place to live, feel secure to work, produce, develop the economy and improve their lives.
