Accordingly, in Hung Loc commune (Vinh city), the delegation visited and presented gifts to two children Nguyen Tran Thao Vi and Nguyen Tran Thao Chi, both with scoliosis, children of comrade Nguyen Quang Vinh, Bomb and Mine Clearance Enterprise, belonging to the Economic Cooperation Corporation of Military Region 4; Visited and presented gifts to two children Du Ngoc Thanh and Du Ngoc Dat with eye defects, in Bac Hong ward, Hong Linh town, Ha Tinh province, children of Captain Du Ngoc Khanh, Regiment 654, Logistics Department of Military Region 4.
On this occasion, the Population, Family and Children Committee of Military Region 4 also authorized the leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the Military Region to visit and present gifts to nearly 600 students who are children of officers and employees of agencies and units under Military Region 4, children of martyrs, children with disabilities, children with serious illnesses... international and national excellent students and provincial excellent students. Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Nhan has a difficult situation, her husband has no stable job, her children are sick and ill. With the help of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the District Federation of Labor, colleagues and relatives, her family has built a level 4 house, area 70m2, with a total cost of 220 million VND. Of which, the "Union Shelter" Fund supported 40 million VND; the District Medical Center Union, colleagues and friends supported nearly 27 million VND and in kind, the remaining amount was contributed by family and relatives.
Since the beginning of the year, this is the third house handed over by the Nghia Dan District Labor Federation to workers and civil servants.

After nearly 2 months of construction and put into use, the charity house for Mr. Bay and Ms. Lan has an area of 50m2.2, with a total value of more than 94 million VND. The construction money was donated by benefactors through the Quy Hop Thien Tam Charity Group to build a charity house for Mr. Bay and his wife - a poor household with special housing difficulties in Minh Tien hamlet.
This is the 4th House of Love that the Quy Hop Thien Tam Volunteer Group has mobilized and coordinated with local authorities to support the construction of houses for the poor in the district.

People's Committee of Chau Thang Commune (Quy Chau)along with some benefactors organized to give 20 mats and beds to children from poor households at Chau Thang Kindergarten. Nguyen Thi Oanh is a student at Pham Hong Thai High School, whose family is in extremely difficult circumstances and is at risk of dropping out of school. Sharing her family's situation, organizations and unions of Hung Phu commune and her son Hung Xuan, who is living in Korea, mobilized 14 million VND to support her at the beginning of the new school year.
