Charity activities in the province on June 29
(Baonghean.vn) - Many meaningful and practical social charity activities took place in the province on June 29.
*Con Cuong District Red Cross SocietyCoordinate with the Youth Union and the Young Doctors Club of the district to organize medical examinations and provide free medicine to policy beneficiaries and poor households in Don Phuc commune.

At the medical examination session, doctors and nurses from the Con Cuong Young Physicians Club examined, treated, provided health care consultation and dispensed free medicine to 200 people from policy families and poor households.
During the examination, the doctors and nurses advised the patients about the symptoms and treatment methods. Serious illnesses will be referred to higher level hospitals by the doctors and nurses.
This is one of the regular activities of the Con Cuong district's association at all levels, aiming to share and encourage the spirit and health of disadvantaged families; helping them have more motivation to rise up and overcome difficulties.

The union members and youth work with a high sense of responsibility, so the car wash time is shortened. Many people are very satisfied and willing to support the program.
In just one day, the union members collected more than 2 million VND, along with donations from the people.
It is known that this model will be maintained monthly to raise funds and help more difficult situations in the area.

Youth union members from some Youth Union branches in the district have kindly given 98 free meals to poor patients being treated at the Southwest Regional General Hospital.
The program provides poor patients with nutritious and hygienic meals.
