- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 50g lettuce

- 1 tomato

- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

- Ingredients for spicy tamarind sauce include: 150g sugar, 100g dried tamarind, 120ml filtered water, 1 piece of ginger, 15g salt.

Step 1: Peel the onion and slice it into thin slices. Peel the ginger and slice it into thin strips.

Step 2:Heat oil in a pan, then add squid and deep fry until golden brown and crispy, then remove and drain.
