Female players will have the opportunity to compete in the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Football Tournament

On the afternoon of March 11, the Provincial Business Bloc Delegation held a press conference - drawing lots for the traditional football tournament of the Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Delegation in 2019.

This is an annual football tournament organized by the Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc to celebrate the founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26, and 2019 is the 16th year the tournament has been held.

The tournament has truly become a traditional playground exclusively for union members and youth of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc, bringing a vibrant and joyful sporting atmosphere.

In 2019, the tournament will be organized on a large scale, systematically and with many notable new points such as: this is the first year, women's football teams will have the opportunity to compete with other teams in the Business Block; The Organizing Committee will vote and award the beauty queen prize to the female athlete.

In addition, the Provincial Business Bloc Delegation will present 20 gifts to athletes who are workers in difficult circumstances.

The tournament brings together 21 men's teams, divided into 6 groups; the women's tournament has 6 teams. The teams will compete in a qualifying round to reach the quarterfinals, then a knockout round to find the best team to enter the semi-finals and finals. The athletes will compete from March 16 to 24 at the artificial turf field in Hung Phuc ward (Vinh city).

At the ceremony, after announcing the rules, the teams drew lots for the groups.
