On the morning of September 4, a working delegation of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television in coordination with Thai An Thanh Company Limited and businesses from Khanh Hoa province presented support to schools and people in flooded areas in My Ly and Keng Du communes.

Nghe An province held a memorial service and prayer for the martyrs of Nghe Tinh Soviet and Vinh Prison.

On the evening of September 3, at the Nghe An - Soviet Nghe Tinh Museum, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Nghe An province coordinated with the Museum to organize a memorial service and pray for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives at Vinh Prison and during the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement (1930-1931).
