Benefits F0 can receive when treating COVID-19 at home

Therefore, in addition to issues related to treatment drugs, treatment time, and precautions when treating at home, people with COVID-19 also need to clearly understand the benefits they will enjoy.
Firstly, when infected with COVID-19, the patient will have to stay home from work for treatment.So, whether or not the patient is paid during the time off work for medical treatment is also a matter of concern for many patients.
Accordingly, when peopleinfected with COVID-19If an employee takes time off work for treatment and still has annual leave remaining, this time off work can be deducted from annual leave. Therefore, the employee is still entitled to full salary from the employer.
According to Clause 1, Article 113 of the 2019 Labor Code, employees who work for 12 months for an employer are entitled to annual leave with full pay according to the labor contract.
Specifically: Workers working in normal conditions are entitled to 12 working days; underage workers, disabled workers, workers doing toxic, heavy work, and occupations are entitled to 14 working days and those doing especially heavy, toxic work will be entitled to 16 working days.

Second, about the issue of sick leave insurance.Pursuant to Article 25 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014, people infected with COVID-19 with confirmation from a medical facility will be entitled to sick leave. The period of sick leave is as follows:
Workers working in normal conditions are entitled to benefits according to the following milestones: Paying social insurance for less than 15 years is entitled to 30 days, paying social insurance for 15 years to less than 30 years is entitled to 40 days, paying social insurance for 30 years is entitled to 60 days.
Workers working in toxic, dangerous, and arduous environments... are entitled to: Paying social insurance for less than 15 years is entitled to 40 days, paying social insurance for 15 years to less than 30 years is entitled to 50 days, paying social insurance for 30 years is entitled to 70 days.
During the leave, employees will receive 75% of the social insurance salary of the month immediately before leaving work (Clause 1, Article 28, Law on Social Insurance 2014).
Third is the convalescence allowance after COVID-19 treatmentAfter COVID-19 treatment, within 30 days of returning to work, if the employee's health has not yet recovered, he/she is entitled to 05 days of rest and recuperation (according to Article 29 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014).
The amount of money received during the convalescence period is 30% of the basic salary, which is 447,000 VND/day, totaling 2,235 million VND./.
Workers taking care of F0 children are entitled to social insurance.
A representative of the Vietnam Social Security agency said that employees whose children have COVID-19 will be entitled to sick leave while taking care of their children if the children are under 7 years old and are F0 with confirmation from a medical facility.
The time off for sick leave will be determined according to the time stated on the child's discharge papers.
The maximum leave to care for children under 3 years old is 20 days/year; for children under 7 years old, the maximum is 15 days/year. Employees are entitled to 75% of their social insurance salary during this time.
