The Ministry of Finance has just issued Official Letter No. 10343/BTC-TCT to the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities regarding strengthening the direction of state budget revenue collection in 2013.

According to this document, in the first seven months of 2013, the national economy still faced many difficulties in various sectors and regions, and while economic indicators showed growth, they still fell short of the set targets.

This committee will be chaired by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province or city, with members from agencies, departments, and branches under the province, city, district, and county, and will "immediately handle issues related to state budget revenue collection".

In addition, the Ministry of Finance requested provinces and cities to direct relevant sectors and levels to continue implementing Resolutions No. 01/NQ-CP and No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 7, 2013, of the Government to remove difficulties for production and business, resolve bad debts, support and develop markets, increase purchasing power, and boost product consumption, ensuring that these government policies have reached the people and businesses.

Solutions related to administrative reform, removing difficulties and obstacles, creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to boost investment, production and business activities; eliminating barriers, simplifying unreasonable procedures and licenses that hinder business operations are also mentioned in this document.
