The Politburo and Secretariat requested the Standing Committees of provincial and municipal Party Committees to lead and direct the establishment of two new Party Committees (Party cells) of agencies directly under the commune-level Party Committees.

Conclusion of the Politburo and Secretariat on ensuring progress and requirements for rearranging the organizational apparatus and administrative units

On behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed and issued Conclusion No. 160-KL/TW (dated May 31, 2025) of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing the task of reorganizing the apparatus and administrative units, ensuring progress and requirements according to the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, Politburo and Secretariat.
The Standing Secretariat held a meeting on work in 2023 with secretaries of provincial and municipal Party Committees.
