The Ministry also requested that departments widely publicize the information through local media outlets so that candidates are aware.
According to the Ministry's leadership, this aims to facilitate access to admissions information and updated registration information for universities, academies, and colleges for candidates from remote, disadvantaged, and particularly difficult areas.
Previously, on August 11th, the Ministry also issued a document adjusting the regulations for withdrawing application documents. Accordingly, instead of having to go in person or authorize a relative to go to the university or college to withdraw their application, candidates can register to withdraw their application at the provincial Departments of Education and Training or at high schools designated by the provincial Departments.
