How to fill out the 2021 high school graduation exam registration form

Before filling out the registration form, candidates must carefully read the sections and instructions for filling out the form. If you are not sure about this, you must ask the registration officer for full instructions.

Candidates fill in the necessary information on the envelope.exam registration form, Form No. 1 and Form No. 2 must be filled in identically in all corresponding sections; then submitted to the examination registration receiving place along with a photocopy of both sides of the identity card or citizen identification card (on one side of an A4 paper) and two 4x6 portrait photos (taken within the last 6 months, with full name, date of birth clearly written on the back of the photo, these two photos must be contained in a small envelope).

This year, candidates register for high school graduation exams and university and college admissions from April 24 to May 10.

As planned, on July 6, candidates will complete procedures to take the 2021 high school graduation exam.

Candidates will take the exam on July 7 and 8; the backup exam date is July 9. The exam order of the subjects will remain the same as last year, that is, Literature will be on the morning of July 7, and Math in the afternoon. On July 8, in the morning, candidates will take one of two exams: Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education) according to their choice; in the afternoon, they will take Foreign Language.
