Simple way to clean black plaque on children's teeth
After about 2 weeks of cleaning your baby's teeth with a mixture of saline and apple cider vinegar, your baby's teeth are completely white.
Black plaque usually appears on the crown and around the neck of the baby's teeth, and can be easily recognized by the naked eye. However, in some cases, they also accumulate below the gums. Black plaque is formed when food debris combines with inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate-phosphate and minerals in the oral cavity, or is caused by serum deposition.
Black plaque on teeth contains millions of bacteria and is a favorable environment for the development of oral diseases such as tooth decay, gingivitis, affecting the chewing process and health of children. Therefore, when seeing black plaque on children's teeth, parents need to find a way to remove it and pay attention to hygiene and oral care for their children.

When her daughter was 14 months old, her teeth had black plaque on both jaws, which made Ms. Thu Ha in Hanoi "heartbroken" even though she always used a tongue scraper to clean her baby's teeth. According to her, the black plaque was initially just a small dot and then gradually spread from the upper jaw down like the teeth of a tobacco smoker.
After many days of research, Ms. Ha learned how to clean plaque with saline and apple cider vinegar. She shared her secret and received much attention from other mothers with young children.Every day, she uses a tongue scraper dipped in a mixture of 200 ml of saline solution mixed with 1-2 drops of apple cider vinegar to scrub the blackened area. In the first week, she mixed 2 drops of apple cider vinegar. Sulli's teeth became visibly whiter and from the following week, she only mixed 1 drop of vinegar into the saline solution to clean her mouth.

Although this method is very effective for Sulli, Ms. Thu Ha does not use the mixture of salt water and apple cider vinegar to brush her baby's teeth for a long time. According to her, vinegar can make teeth more sensitive if used for a long time. Therefore, after 2-3 weeks, her baby's teeth are completely white, Ms. Ha only does this method for another week.
After more than a year, the black plaque on the baby's teeth has not reappeared. The mother of one uses saline to clean the baby's mouth twice a day.
