If you are experiencing morning sickness, rinse your mouth with clean water after each episode of vomiting to reduce the acidity in your mouth.
If brushing teeth causes nausea for pregnant women, they can brush gently and then rinse their mouths with mouthwash or diluted salt water.
Eat foods rich in vitamins C, B12, calcium, etc., and limit your intake of sweets and carbonated drinks, as these foods easily cause tooth decay, especially when eaten in the evening before bed.
