How to do it

To regulate energy in your body, use one hand to grasp each finger of the opposite hand and hold for about 1-2 minutes. You will feel a slight vibration at the fingertips.

To help calm your mind, use the thumb of your opposite hand to apply gentle pressure to the center of your palm and hold for at least a minute.

Practice these techniques daily to stay calm and restore balance within yourself.
