Cute snowman:Ingredients: Quail eggs, sweet cabbage, cherry tomatoes, carrots, purple cabbage, dill, whole dried chilies, grated radish, whole black peppercorns, mayonnaise, skewers.
Method 1:Slice carrots into 1cm thick rounds. Use a knife to carve a smaller circle around half of each carrot round to create a hat for the snowman. Select quail eggs, one large and one small, and trim a small portion from each end. Insert toothpicks vertically through the eggs and attach the carrot hats, trimming off any excess toothpicks.
