How to make fruit wine for Tet

Here is the recipe and how to make delicious fruit wine. Housewives should apply it right away to celebrate Tet.

Main ingredients for making fruit wine

Ingredient(to soak a 15 liter jar of wine):

- Lemon: 0.5 kg

- Oranges: 5 fruits

- Apples: 5 fruits

- Black or red grapes are fine: 1.5kg

- Dalat strawberries: 2 trays

- Bananas: about 10 - 15 fruits

- Green kiwi: 1 kg

- Rock sugar: 3kg

- Good sticky rice wine: 1 liter - 1.5 liters

- 15 liter glass bottle

Making:

- Peel the oranges and lemons. To be more careful, you can remove all the seeds from the oranges and lemons so the wine won't be bitter.

- Wash apples and cut into 0.5 - 0.7 cm slices.

- Peel and slice kiwi.

- Drain the soaked strawberries and grapes. Cut the strawberries in half.

Peel and slice oranges and lemons.

Next, prepare a 15-liter glass jar, wash it (you can carefully rinse the jar with boiling water), and let it dry. Arrange the fruits in order, each layer of fruit has a layer of rock sugar, and the remaining rock sugar will be poured on the top layer. Then pour in the wine. Cover tightly, leave in a dry, cool place and avoid sunlight for 1 month or more to use.

The longer you leave it, the better it will taste. Occasionally shake the bottle so the fruit ferments evenly with the wine.

Note: When soaking, use a jar that is wider than the items to be soaked. Don't pack them too tightly, as the fermented fruit will fill up and easily overflow.
